A Charitable school is a bottomless beat of needs - for funding for volunteer work, for new ideas. The school board would be most grateful for any help in kind or cash.
Various schemes through which participation in the schools endeavour and can be given, have been established.
Sponsorship for Children Schooling are two Kinds:
1. Monthly Sponsorship: Rs. 150 per month for child for any number of children, as long as they study at our school.
87 children at present sponsored through EducAid India, UK.
2. Half Yearly Sponsorship: Rs 6000 per half year child for 'Eurther Education' as long as they study at our school and subsequently support when he/she moves to to another school and eventually college and even higher. The funds not needed on a regular basis are put into a 'Further Education fund' at the higher rate of interest to ensure that the funding can be continued even after college-if some of the children have the wish and capacity to go for higher studies or special vocational training.
8 Students are receiving sustainable support to study elsewhere in the form of study material, tuition fees, uniform at etc. for the time being funds of eight students are regularly deposited in government bank but it would be desirable to increase the number as many more kids have the capacity for further studies. If they don't get support, the dropout rate, specially for girls in very high.
